Launch Speech by the CEO

Distinguished honorable minister, distinguished chairperson, National Planning Authority, commissioner, ministry of Energy and the invited guests, Thank you, I thank you all, thank you very much. Your presence on this very important day means a lot to all of the Texol team but, I personally take it with honor and humility. Today marks exactly 1 year since Texol Energies became operational, looking back at the anxiety that was present then, I owe much gratitude, and appreciation to my lord. I applaud my family, and my team, for their commitment, support, and dedication. Much appreciation to the management and staff of Texol Energy and Sta Café & Lounge for your continuous dedication towards the realization of our common dream. I take this opportunity to appreciate the support given by various stakeholders (the Ministry of Energy, Uganda Railway, UNOC, Mahati) for holding our hands as we strive to take our baby steps. Our clients, “You are the heroes of the moment.” You believed in us and stuck by us. We will walk this important journey together. Today, at this particular moment, I wish to announce our solid commitment to working closely with every stakeholder in this country. As we launch our company, I am proud to announce our mutual partnership with the boda boda fraternity.

As we unveil our fuel card system for individuals and co-operate, our pride in introducing the Texboda is unparalleled. We believe the contribution made by Boda Boda in this nation is great, hence this well-thought partnership. We urge all boda riders to obtain our cards free of charge in order to benefit from immense discounts, redeemable points, and even closer cooperation.

...With the help of the Almighty and the support of my fellow countrymen, we have walked this journey together...We have together transformed and set a solid platform that will make Uganda one of the largest Avocado export country in Africa.

I take this opportunity to announce a proposed partnership between Texol Energies, Musubi farm and the ministry of Environment. Beginning January 2024, we pledge to plant 100,000 trees, including fruit trees, in our schools and catchment areas. Furthermore, we have allocated funds for the construction of public toilets in designated locations around Namasuba.
Honorable Minister, Musubi farm will flag off Avocado oil export sometime in November, your presence will be highly appreciated. We are indeed grateful for the opportunity our sister company Kuku Chic is extending to thousands of out growers in the country to serve not only Uganda but the region. It’s our common good as a nation, to protect and preserve our fragile ecosystem. The government through the Ministry of Energy has embarked on a campaign to save our forests and water catchment areas. We are proud to be part of this ambitious plan. Texol Energies will launch its LPG plant in the course of 2024 In Sha Allah. It’s also my honor to inform you of our planned lubricant blending plant in collaboration with our partners Texol Lubritec Company from Dubai. The Directors of Texol Lubritec Company, Mr. Philip, Mr. Tausif, Mr. Rajiv. We are also planning to roll out in collaboration with Katwe Police Station a vigorous safety campaign of boda boda, through training and information on digital screens and print media. Honorable Minister, distinguished guests, it’s my pleasure to welcome you all to this occasion as we Redefine our Reliability.

It is my honour and previledge to stand before you in utmost humility, All gratitude is to Almighty for his support ,His mercy n blessings I have no doubt that this day is so important to me just as it is to many, we applaud your presence in making a reality this journey. Today, just as it was 1 year ago when an idea was realised,we are glad to be part of this wonderful team as we strive to create a niche in this unpredictable yet interesting journey. Our resolve is clear, our hearts certain that we have your unwavering support in this endevour. We are truly grateful to you honouable minister....for your presence in gracing this function.we thank all the distinguished guests from wide and far. we honour the hospitality of our host nation,the lovely nation of uganda the leadership,neihgbohood,fellow collegues. On behalf of my team, we extend our sincere appreciation to our CEO, for this opportunity, and looking forward to benefit from his exraordinary capabilities. We are indeed aware, and truly believe ,that this marvelous country is the heart beat of east Africa.( no doubt about that) With abundance in natural resources,enthuastic and young population,peace and hospitality of the people,one of the fertile and fastest growing population in Africa,the link and proximity to many countries.Uganda is truly the pearl of Africa.

...Quoting my CEO, " any foreigner who fails to settle and prosper in uganda has himself to blame" Uganda is positioning her self as the investment destination hub of the region.

We make no mistake, as Texol and subsidiaries. We understand that opportunity always meets preparations..we are preparing for the immense opportunities. We are all concious of our responsibility for the common good of the country, the environment and the communities' social responsibility is an utmost pillar of our belief. It is my honour to acknowledge the dedication of my team in the realisation of our nutured dream. As the management,we undescore the significance of appraisal and appreciation of each member of our team We are certain we are more equal than we are different.... The Managing director is no more important than the steward in our remotest branch. Together we hold tight to the vision n aspiration of this componies. As i honour and appreciate the commitment of my fellow collegues as a whole, i would wish to particularly recognise the incredible skills of mbabazi sarah as she toils the grizzly cold nights in sta xpress soya Olivia wamalas politeness as she answers calls from clients in bunga Kirenda collins the incredible customer service personnel in jinja. The incredible concerns and sense of belonging of namayanja lynet of namusera Kimera allan delivery personnel of kireka as he delivers pizza to a restless child in the scorching sun or unpredictable kampala rains. My Gm mr sigey, his dedication and commitment is written all over him as he confronts the kampala trafic to ensure all is well. MR john mark, an interesting young accountant whose silence is golden and whose action is robotic.
- Emma ssebuliba from lubiri, the manager who is always present at the forecourt and yet his office gives him more comfort.
- Madam halima from jinja bakery, whose creativity can be seen n tasted in the cookies infront of us.
- Juliet zalwango , a dedicared customer attendant in kalerwe.

- Herbet tunanukye of kireka.
- Cheff ashraf.a man whose one day absence affects productivity.
- Joseph, a sales supervisor at namusera bakery.
- Tonny the sales driver at namusera bakery.

- Wilson. The CEO,s chauffer, a man who has witnessesd the rising of birds more than any one amongst us except The ceo.
